Thistle Tube

A Thistle Tube is an important piece of laboratory glassware consisting of a tube, with a reservoir and funnel like shape at the top. The thistle tube is used to mix different chemicals together to form gases and liquids. Chemical gases like ammonia and hydrogen chloride can be siphoned off using a side outlet. Or they can be discharged on the mixing vessel (flask or beaker).
