Data scanner : An eight channel temperature scanner having sensors, printer interface, and data storage facility.
Software : CFR 21 Part 11 compliant data management software, which is a kind of web-based communication software, complete with RS485 multi dropping.
Printer Interface : This printer interface provides the facility to store and print records on the printer as per the set and process values, date and time with flexible print time intervals. It also provides data storage facility to make the online and offline printing of data possible. The best quality prints can be obtained from an 80 col. dot matrix printer.
P C Inter face and data management : PC interface with communication, facilitates the controlling of chamber through data logging and remote monitoring. It also provides a web-based software for generating tabular as well as graphical format reports.
PLC system : This PLC system is meant for enabling the auto changeover of standby systems and various other tasks related to event management. This system possesses a 3.7" LCD, which provides touch screen control feature.

IQ, OQ, and PQ validation is provided by LABTOP ® with documentation, reports, calibration, and test certificates, for GMP compliant models.
CALIBRATION
A master calibrator which is certified for its accuracy by the Govt. of India recognized Electronic Regional Testing Laboratory (ERTL), is employed for calibrating the equipment. The recognition of ERTL by the Indian government is in traceable reference with the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), U.K.
