Platelet Incubator

We are well known manufacturers and suppliers of platelet incubators. Our platelet incubator is manufactured to store platelet concentrate at controllable temperature. Fabricated from double walls, our high quality platelet incubator inner chamber is of stainless steel (0.8mm thick, 304) and exterior is of powder coated 1mm thick mild steel.

Our company renders accurate and stable storage condition at 22°C. When used with Platelet Agitator, our less spacious platelet incubator appropriately incubate platelet bags. Our apparatus is calibrated with the master calibrator, approved by Electronics Regional Testing Laboratory (ERTL West) Government of India.

Platelet Incubator Features

The platelet incubator has unique features like high ventilation capacity that provide transfer of oxygen to the platelets. Sliding SS trays are available for easy loading and removal of bags in the tray. This equipment is provided with fixed speed agitator with heavy duty bearings and quiet operation. There is unique air flow system which assures uniform temperature distribution. Internal temperature is controlled by micro controller within ±0.5°C. If the temperature deviates, incubator is provided with audio visual alarm. The PUF insulation assures temperature stability and reduced energy consumption. Labtop ® Platelet Incubator has incorporated motion failure alarm (Optional) and recording functions that are found in the Labtop Blood Bank range providing the same level of product security. An independent 7 day circular chart recorder provides operating temperature evidence.
