Plasma Freezer

Our company is the trusted manufacturer and exporter of eco friendly micro controller based ultra plasma freezers. These are available with micro control and CFC free cascade refrigeration system. They are used for quick freezing and storing of plasma and related blood components at temperature as low as -80°C. Our system comprises controller with digital temperature display, on/off switch, temperature recorder, audio visual alarm on temperature deviation and temperature alarm system with adjustable high / low alarm limits. Especially designed for research laboratories and blood banks, they are equipped with hi-tech cascade refrigeration system. Our apparatus is calibrated with the master calibrator, approved by Electronics Regional Testing Laboratory (ERTL West) Government of India, a trusted testing laboratory with traceable reference to National Physical Laboratories (NPL).

Cabinet Construction and Refrigeration System
The entire unit is fabricated in SS. The interior is corrosion resistant insulated cabinet comprised with high density CFC free poly urethane foam and exterior is of white powder coated finish. To strengthen more security keyed door lock is provided with magnetic door gasket and open SS plasma gasket. High quality two hermetically sealed compressors are attached inside the freezer for rendering cooling.

Plasma Freezer Features

There is a audiovisual alarm installed in our freezer if the temperature deviates from the pre set temperature. All our freezers are provided with castor wheels for ease of mobility, 7 days circular chart recorder and micro controller based temperature controller for controlling and handling temperature. Process values and set values are displayed. There is PUF insulation which assures temperature stability and reduced energy consumption. The cascade refrigeration system is relinquished with CFC free compressors and eco- friendly refrigeration systems with time delay.

Calibration
The Equipment is calibrated with the help of master calibrator, which is certified for its accuracy by Electronics Regional Testing Laboratory (ERTL West) Government of India recognized testing laboratory with traceable reference to National Physical Laboratories (NPL).
