Laboratory Oven

This series of laboratory ovens that are offered by us consists of four different sized ovens ranging from 90 liters to 1000 liters. These laboratory ovens are based on latest technology. This laboratory equipment is compact in design, hence space efficient. The interior portion of these ovens is made of stainless steel while the exteriors are fabricated from white powder coated mild steel.

Laboratory Oven Features

• Our laboratory ovens are well equipped with a unique airflow technology that assures a uniform temperature distribution.
• Better temperature stability and power efficiency is guaranteed by the PUF insulation.
• An audiovisual alarm which comes into action when the temperature deviates from the preset value.
• Temperature is regulated by a micro based PID controller.
• Provided with optional windows based communication software.
• Each oven possesses a micro controller based programmable timer for controlling the illumination inside it.

VALIDATION
Q, OQ, and PQ validation with documentation, reports, calibration, and certification is provided by LABTOP® for models complying with the GMP.
CALIBRATION
The assistance of master calibrator is taken for the calibration of equipment. The master calibrator itself is certified for its preciseness by the Electronics Regional Testing Laboratory (ERTL West), recognize by the Government of India in reference with the U.K.'s National Physical Laboratories (NPL).
SOFTWARE
PC interface with a two-way communication hardware enables chamber control through remote monitoring and data logging. It is basically a windows based software that allows report creation in both tabular and graphical format.
