Incubator Shaker
Our LABTOP incubator shaker is designed in such a manner that it requires minimal maintenance, and works with optimum efficiency under a constant and reproducible ambiance. Two separate models are available in four fundamental housing configurations that can serve the requirements for incubator shaking under an accurately administered ambient, of most of the laboratories engaged in biological research. We manufacture a wide range of scientific incubator shakers. Besides this, we also make numerous other laboratory equipment.
Incubator Shaker Features
- The micro-controller regulates the inside temperature with utmost efficiency. Its temperature variation is ± 0.5°C.
- Even temperature distribution is ensured by a unique air flow system.
- CFC Free PUF insulation which is foamed-in-place, ensures temperature stability and power saving.

Illumination: :
99 hrs. capacity fluorescent tubes for illuminating the chamber.
Timer : A micro-controller based programmable timer for controlling the illumination conditions inside the chamber.
Safety controller:
Dedicated safety controller with separate sensors to regulate the power supply in case of overshoot and undershoot of temperature. This safety controller also plays an audiovisual alarm in case of abnormal temperature change.
Data Scanner: A four point temperature and four point humidity scanner complete with sensors, printer interface, and data storage facility.
Software:CFR 21 Part 11 compliance web based communication software for data management. This software also includes RS 485 multi dropping to monitor.
Temperature & Humidity Sensor: Electronic capacitance type temperature & humidity sensors, which will avoid wick, cup, and water.
Printer Interface:Provides facility to store records on a printer with set values, process values, date and time with a flexible print time interval. Also, provides data storage facility for online and offline printing of data, especially with an eighty column dot matrix printer.
Documentation
For GMP complaint models LABTOP offers DQ IQ, OQ and PQ validation with documentation, reports, calibration and test certificates.
Calibration
This equipment is calibrated through a certified master calibrator. This master calibrator is certified for its accuracy by the Government of India recognized Electronics Regional Testing Laboratory (ERTL West). The Govt. of India has recognized this laboratory with the traceable reference to the National Physical Laboratories (NPL), U.K.
