Dual Incubator
The dual incubator system produced by our company comprises double walls with two different inner chambers which are attached with a common wall. Separate controllers are there to control each chamber. This is especially designed to demeanor life cycle testing, shelf life studies, general incubation and refrigerated storage. Adjustable temperature range varies from 5.0 to 60 C. The chambers are widely used for seed testing, biological studies etc.
Cabinet Construction and Refrigeration System
The cabinet is fabricated with high density CFC free Poly Urethane Foam in which interior is SS (304 SS, 0.8 mm thick) mirror finished and exterior is mild steel (1.0 mm thick) white powder coated. SS trays are provided for storage and doors have magnetic gasket with keyed door lock.

- The instrument is provided with unique airflow system that assures even distribution of temperature.
- The PUF insulation assures for temperature stability and reduced energy consumption.
- The system comprises refrigeration system with CFC free compressor and R-134a eco friendly refrigeration system with time delay.
- Functionality of optional PC interface web communication software and micro controller based programmable timer.
- If the temperature changes from the desired one, instrument gets activated by an audio visual alarm.
- The micro based PID controller takes definite control of temperature.

We offer the several optional accessories with dual incubators such as Stand by Refrigeration system, Safety controller, Data scanner, Software, Temperature & Humidity sensor, Printer Interface, P C Inter face and data management, PLC system.
