Dual Incubators LDI -180

The LABTOP Dual Incubator LDI-180 as the name suggests is a double walled incubator having two separate inner chambers. These two inner chambers share a common wall and are equipped with separate controllers which control each chamber.

Cabinet Construction and Refrigeration System
The cabinet of our dual incubator LDI-180 is insulated with the CFC free poly urethane foam. The interiors of this incubator are made of high quality corrosion resistant stainless steel while its exterior part is fabricated from white powder coated mild steel. It has a keyed door lock equipped with a magnetic door gasket. This incubator also possesses a blood bag basket made of stainless steel and an imperviously sealed compressor which ensures efficient cooling.

Optional Accessories:

Stand by Refrigeration system : A readily available standby refrigeration system which covers the risk of system failures. This system is composed of compressor, condenser, evaporator, and various other accessories.

Data scanner : A four point temperature and humidity scanner having sensors, printer interface, and data storage advantage.

Software : CFR 21 Part 11 compliance web-based communication software meant for data management. Complete with RS 485 multi dropping to monitor multiple chambers to one software.

Printer Interface : It provides the facility to store and print records on a printer with set and process values as well as with date and time with flexible print time interval. It also gives the data storage facility for printing the data online and offline.

P C Inter face and data management :This PC interface with two-way communication administers remote monitoring and data logging in order to control the chamber. It also works as a web-based software presenting tabular and graphical style reports.

PLC system : Best option for automatic switching of standby systems and conducting other event management tasks. This PLC system consists a 3.8” touch screen LCD.

Illumination : A door operated illumination system comprised of fluorescent lights. In addition to this, it also provides two panels of diffused fluorescent light fitted at the either side of the chamber. These lights enable the user to conduct the photo periodic tests and other experiments.

Timer : A 999 hours electronic timer with a digital display and audiovisual alarm. This timer controls the illumination and initiates the alarm after the set time is over.

Calibration
Master calibrator is used for calibrating the equipment. This master calibrator is certified for its preciseness and accuracy by the Electronics Regional Testing Laboratory (ERTL West) which is recognized by the Government of India with reference to the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) of United Kingdom.
