Cooling Incubator
The
Cabinet Construction and Refrigeration System
The cabinet of our LABTOP cooling incubator is completely insulated with a dense poly urethane foam which is free from chlorofluorocarbon. The interior part of this chamber is made of stainless steel which has a mirror finish. The steel used in it is 304 SS type and 0.8mm thick. The exterior of our cooling incubator is made of powder coated mild steel which measures 1.0mm in thickness. The utility baskets made of stainless steel are present inside the incubator for the storage purpose. The airtight sealing of the superior quality compressor ensures effective cooling inside the incubator chambers. Besides the cooling incubator Skylab also manufactures various other types of incubators like refrigerated incubator, industrial incubator, scientific incubator, BOD incubator, medical incubator, and so on.
Cooling Incubator Features
- Even distribution of temperature owing to an effective airflow system.
- Foamed - in - place PUF insulation ensures temperature stability and reduced energy consumption.
- Temperature deviation audiovisual alarm.
- Equipped with micro-controller based PID controller which is approved by CE. This controller precisely regulates the temperature.
- An effective refrigeration system absolutely free from CFC which works on R 134a environment-friendly refrigeration system. This refrigeration system also possesses the time delay feature.
- Having a web-based communication software enabled PC interface.
- Well equipped with a programmable timer based on micro-controller, used for illuminating the chamber.

Optional Accessories
Data scanner : An eight channel temperature scanner equipped with sensors, printer interface, and data storage facility.
Software : An effective web-based communication data management software which is in strict compliance with CFR 21 Part 11. This software is complete with RS 485 multi dropping.
Printer Interface : Provides the advantage of storing and printing records on a printer as per the set values, process values, date & time with changeable print time interval. Apart from this, also provides the facility for storing data for the purpose of online and offline printing, advisable to be printed with an 80 col. dot matrix printer.
P C
Inter face and data management :
Remote monitoring and data logging is allowed by the PC interface communication to control the chamber. The facility of web-based software having reports in tabular and graphical formats is also provided by this interface.
PLC
system : It is a Programmable Logic Controller or PLC with a wide 3.7" touch screen LCD. This PLC is of great advantage in automating the changeover of standby systems and miscellaneous event management tasks.
Illumination : A door operated illumination system that switches the fluorescent lights on and off according to the appropriate movement of the door. Also, provides two fluorescent light panels having diffused light on any one of the sides of the chamber which make it possible for the user to conduct photo periodic tests and experiments.
Timer : This timer is an electronic timer of 999 hours having a digital display. It is meant for controlling the illumination inside the chambers according to the set time. This timer also gives an audiovisual alarm after the passage of the set time.
For GMP complaint models LABTOP offers IQ, OQ and PQ validation with documentation, reports, calibration and test certificates.
CALIBRATION
The equipment is calibrated with the help of master calibrator, which is certified for its accuracy by Electronics Regional Testing Laboratory (ERTL West) Government of India recognized testing laboratory with reference to National Physical Laboratories (NPL).
