Bacteriological Incubator

The LABTOP ® bacteriological incubators are especially designed to conduct life cycle testing, shelf life studies and general incubation. Temperature range adjustable from 5.0 Deg C above ambient to 60.0 Deg C with micro controller based temperature indicator cum controller. Chambers are extensively used for seed testing, biological studies etc

The LABTOP Bacteriological Incubators are non-refrigerated versions of BOD Incubator. These are designed for close control of incubation. Temperature range from 5 C above ambient to 60 C

Cabinet Construction and Refrigeration System:

The cabinet of LABTOP bactieriological incubators is insulated with high density CFC free Poly Urethane Foam. Interior of chamber is mirror finish Stainless Steel (304 SS, 0.8 mm thick). The exterior is white powder coated (1.0 mm thick) Mild Steel and the door has a magnetic gasket with a keyed door lock. Stainless steel trays are provided for storage inside.

Complete Unit in total Stainless steel (Inside SS 316, 0.8 mm thick and outside SS 304,1 mm thick) is also manufactured by Skylab.

Data scanner : Data Scanner 8 Channel temperature scanner complete with sensors and printer interface and data storage facility.

Software : CFR 21 Part 11 compliance web based communication software for data management. Complete with RS 485 multi dropping to monitor multiple chambers to one software.

Printer Interface : Facility to store, print records on printer with set values, Process values,  date and time with variable print time interval. Data storage facility to
print the data online and off line, suitable for 80 col. Dot matrix printer.

P C Inter face and data management : PC Interface communication allows remote monitoring and data logging to control the chamber. Web based software having reports in
tabular as well as graphical form.

PLC system : For auto changeover of stand by systems and other event managements with 3.7" LCD display with touch screen

Illumination : Door operated illumination system comprising of fluorescent lights, beside two panels of diffused fluorescent light panel located at the either side of the chamber to enable the user to conduct the photo periodic tests and experiments.

Timer : Electronic Timer of 999 hours with digital display will be provided to control illumination conditions after the set time is over by giving audio visual alarm

VALIDATION

For GMP compliant models LABTOP offers IQ, OQ and PQ validation with documentation, reports, calibration and test certificates.

CALIBRATION The equipment is calibrated with the help of master calibrator, which is certified for its accuracy by Electronics Regional Testing Laboratory (ERTL West) - Government of India recognized testing laboratory with traceable reference to National Physical Laboratories (NPL).

SOFTWARE PC Interface with web based software allows remote monitoring and data logging to control the chamber. Windows based software-having reports in tabular as well as graphical.
