Bureau OF Indian Standards
It is the Bureau Of Indian Standards(BIS) that is the agency responsible for setting the benchmark in labware manufacturing standards. DIN is the acronym "Deutsche Industrie Normen". DIN is the German institute for standardization. DIN is based in Berlin and since 1917 is developing norms and standards for industries. ISO or International Organization for Standardization is perhaps the world's most popular as well as the largest developer and publisher of International Standards. Today ISO stands out as a network of the national standards institutes of more than 157 countries.
